Oh, man, dinner last night was excellent. I added one quart organic vegetable stock and one quart organic vegetable stock to 3 cups of red lentils, and threw in everything in the kitchen in the pot after it.

Very good. What made this one for me was the texture: The lentils--and don't forget the quinoa!!--when mixed with the very thick squash produced a soup that was rich without being heavy. Very satisfying, and spicy enough for a little sweat. Got some for lunch!
