Three freakin' hours just to get to the stove! You have to shuck the beans, which takes an hour, then blanch them for 5 mintues to get their little white condoms off, which takes another hour, then you rinse and rinse and rinse because they have a smelly slime coating. Mash, mash, mash on med-lo heat, then run outside to clip herbs from the garden. Chop chop chop the dill and mint, a little oil, a little lemon juice, a lot of pepper, fleur de sel, mash, stir, add cheese, heat it through, add the greek yoghurt, and take it off the heat. Whew! Mom and Lou better appreciate this.
