The world's only art deco ferry, M/V Kalakala, is calling for all hands this weekend to help this Saturday, 6/11/2011, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
As you can see by the photos (below), we might not win the fight with Mother Nature, but we'll fly our flag high until the Sound swallows her whole. And she better go down in one piece. The thought of her windows and staircases being auctioned off breaks my heart.
