I'll post the recipe later, but I'm making a lovely French version of a pot roast with a dark chocolate, chile, and paprika sauce. It's awesome. I'm using a 99% cacao chocolate bar from World Market, more than a bit of fleur de lys, minced garlic, paprika, red wine, and ground chiles. It's got some bit, I promise.
